Vaughan splits cleanly in two for us. Around the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre it is new condos and rental towers, where building access is the part that has to be right. In Woodbridge, Maple and Thornhill it is larger detached homes, usually with hardwood on more than one floor.
In the VMC towers we book the elevator, follow the building's move-in rules and carry everything in with us, and we can turn a unit around between tenants on a tight handover window. In the older Woodbridge and Maple houses, it is the stairs, the trim and the tile grout that take the time.
